Great Southern Gathering 2010: Teachers Wanted!
We are now calling for expressions of interest from those willing to teach classes for the Great Southern Gathering.

Are you interested in running a class, in either Rapier, Heavy or Arts and Sciences?
Are you willing to share your skills and information with others?
Are you able to attend the Great Southern Gathering in Innilgard on the 1st to 4th October, 2010?
Then, please  email  Katerina da Brescia with the following information so we can help you!

  1. SCA Name/ Mundane Name/
  2. Contact email. (address or phone, if you do not have email)
  3. Name of Class (and description, is possible)
  4. Type of Class: A&S/ Rapier/ Heavy?
  5. Do you have a preferred time or day for holding the class?
  6. How long do you think you will need for your class? 
  7. Is there anything you specifically need to run your class (power will be available  in some areas)
  8. Is there anything your students will need to supply?
  9. Is there any specific safety requirements for your class?
  10. Do you prefer an indoor or outdoor class, if available?
  11. are you willing to supply notes for the Lochac Virtual Collegium?

We will be calling for teachers up to 24th September. However, the earlier you volunteer, the more we can try to accommodate your preferred times!

Classes will be scheduled on Saturday and Sunday between 9.00am and 6.00pm.
Please note: There will also be a Cut & Thrust Rapier tourney and Rapier Guild Prizes held on the Sunday.
Classes can run from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
They can be in either Arts and Sciences, Rapier or Heavy disciplines.
There are facilities for classes to be run both outside and inside.
