I used a basic bodice with back lacing and wider shoulders to allow for her head to grow. (I had to cut a larger head hole in previous garb I made with side lacing only) I made shoulder rolls, decorated with white ribbon and couched silver metallic thread.

The skirt was cartridge pleated and hand sewn onto the bodice. Sleeves were of a bag-type shape, again to allow for growth, in thickening arms, as she grows. I have a large hem so it can be let down later.
